  Bought a Maytag washer and dryer from this location back in March 2016. Customer service was great during the purchasing part was very happy up until now. The washer is acting up not locking the lid to wash n spin the water out, not resetting after the load is washed and complete. So I can't find my receipt and called the store to get a copy and was told they don't have any record of the sale of the washer in their system but they have the dryer receipt n don't know what to tell me! What?! Someone didn't do there job at Sears so now I'm screwed and will have to pay for the repairs myself even though there is a 1 year warranty on this thing! I work for a great HVAC company and we have records of every part we sell or install!
